Mary Taylor is a bagpiper residing in Honeoye Falls, New York. She was originally taught in the 1970’s by Bill Merriman of the Prince Charles Pipe Band in California. She has continued to play the pipes through the years at a variety of venues along with being an award-winning competitor at Highland Games (The Eastern United States Pipe Band Association) through New York and New England. Mary is currently being instructed by Nancy Tunnicliffe
, Highland Games certified adjudicator and master teacher.
Mary would be delighted to play at your event, be it a wedding, family reunion, funeral, St. Patrick’s Day gathering or other festivity.
She plays a large repertoire of tunes, some of which are familiar, i.e. Amazing Grace, When Irish Eyes are Smiling, Scotland the Brave, Wearing O’ the Green and many others suitable for your group’s enjoyment.
